  • Architectural design by Gomez Vazquez International, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units along with penthouses from floors 6–29

  • A fifth-floor amenity deck featuring a resort-style pool, outdoor terrace, and relaxation lounges is planned directly above the podium parking structure

  • The design incorporates 103 parking spaces—83 within a structured garage and 20 surface-level, supported by the recent acquisition of an adjacent parcel at 322 4th Street South to ensure adequate access. A robotic parking system may also be implemented for future efficiency


Community Context & Civic Review

  • The project received a majority vote (7–1) of approval from the City Council acting as the Community Redevelopment Agency. Concerns were raised about density, neighboring historic structures, and the building scale by some, but ultimately, the enhanced design and contributions—including $700,000 to the city's Housing Capital Improvement Program—won broad support.


Timeline & Market Positioning

  • With full approval secured, groundbreaking is expected in 2026, and project completion targeted for 2028

  • Priced at approximately $70 million, the development introduces a high-design, luxury residential product to Downtown St. Pete’s evolving urban core
